01 · Philosophy

Operational strategy meets
uncompromising leadership.

Sports development and safeguarding leader with a career spanning professional football management, national government and independent enterprise. The principle stays the same wherever I work: leave the environment in a measurably better state than I found it. Discipline, data, and cultural transformation, not slogans.

Currently refining fifteen years of cross-sector strategy into a definitive leadership framework at Manchester Metropolitan University, ahead of the Master of Sport Directorship beginning September 2026.

A strategic overview of experience
across football and governance.

First Team Manager, Kotoku Royals FC

Head Coach, Stockport County Ladies FC

Rebuilt and led a Women's Premier League team from a struggling position into a competitive side, delivering structured coaching and leadership that improved performance and player retention.

Home Office, Border Force & HMRC

Eight years of senior operational leadership across government — most recently as AMLO Executive Officer at the Home Office, preceded by roles as Executive Officer at Border Force, Decision Maker within the Home Office, and Executive Officer Team Leader at HMRC and Inland Border Force.

Founder, Sec95.co.uk

Founded and independently built a digital platform explaining Section 95 asylum support, translating complex legislation into accessible guidance from concept to delivery.
